The company does not operate a consumer retail store for personal, household, or clinical use. All Materials described on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. Materials are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements. Visitor acknowledges that Materials are not for:

A signed cookie binding the Entry Terms version and age threshold may be retained as evidence of entry assent.
9. Relationship to checkout terms
If Visitor later places an order, the Terms of Service and checkout research-use attestation control for that purchase. If there is a conflict regarding research-use-only status or buyer qualifications at the time of purchase, the checkout terms control for those subjects. These Entry Terms control for website access and browsing.
10. Governing terms
If Seller publishes additional website terms, privacy notices, or product-specific restrictions, those terms apply in addition to these Entry Terms.
